催化燃燒設(shè)備氧化法就是將VOCs工業(yè)三廢在較低條件下進行氧化焚燒，在金屬催化機理下轉(zhuǎn)化成CO2和H2O。這類有機廢氣治理方法的主要特征取決于，在具體運行中，對預(yù)熱溫度的要求不高，VOCs工業(yè)三廢處在無焰燃燒情況，進行凈化后的階段處在無焰燃燒情況，這樣既可以提升有機廢氣處理的穩(wěn)定性，又可對VOCs工業(yè)三廢進行合理濃度和發(fā)熱量操縱，從而減少有機廢氣處理費用。

現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)過去的工業(yè)有機廢氣處理階段所采用的催化燃燒設(shè)備法存在一定的缺陷，一方面，當催化劑載體與工業(yè)三廢中的重金屬、鹵素?zé)襞莺土蛩猁}等物質(zhì)混合均勻，及易發(fā)生無效狀況，另一方面，當整治之后的VOCs工業(yè)三廢濃度值比較低或氣旋過大時，僅依靠易燃物點燃放熱反應(yīng)就難以維持催化劑載體料層所需要的凈化的作用環(huán)境溫度，因而，在設(shè)備打開、運行中還需耗費比較多的電力能源或然料。

為提升催化燃燒設(shè)備技術(shù)處理的經(jīng)濟性，除了繼續(xù)科學(xué)研究改善催化劑載體性能外，還需要開展新技術(shù)的研究和探索。近些年科學(xué)研究比較多的是憑借儲熱技術(shù)性，轉(zhuǎn)為催化燃燒設(shè)備技術(shù)性，轉(zhuǎn)為催化燃燒設(shè)備技術(shù)性從技術(shù)上具備獨特優(yōu)勢，在環(huán)境保護工程、低質(zhì)量資源利用等多個方面有著大量的運用，海外已把它現(xiàn)代化，目前有數(shù)百臺設(shè)備投入使用。
