沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮-蓄熱式燃燒處理工藝主要由沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮(吸附區(qū),脫附區(qū),冷卻區(qū)),脫附系統(tǒng),蓄熱式燃燒系統(tǒng)(RTO爐體,陶瓷蓄熱體,燃燒系統(tǒng)等)和控制系統(tǒng)等。

Adsorption and desorption: The zeolite molecular sieve rotary adsorption and concentration system adopts a continuous process of adsorption, desorption, and cooling to absorb and concentrate VOCs. The zeolite molecular sieve wheel is divided into three functional zones: adsorption zone, desorption zone, and cooling zone. The exhaust gas enters the adsorption zone of the zeolite molecular sieve wheel, and VOCs are adsorbed and removed by the zeolite molecular sieve before being purified and discharged. The VOCs adsorbed in the molecular sieve impeller are desorbed and concentrated in the desorption zone through a small air flow of about 200 ° C. The regenerated zeolite molecular sieve wheel is cooled in the cooling zone repeatedly.

蓄熱式燃燒:脫附的高濃度,小風(fēng)量廢氣進(jìn)入RTO處理系統(tǒng),首先進(jìn)入RTO蓄熱器A的陶瓷介質(zhì)層,陶瓷釋放熱量,溫度降低,而有機(jī)廢氣吸收熱量,溫度升高,廢氣離開(kāi)蓄熱室,以較高的溫度進(jìn)入氧化室。在氧化室中,有機(jī)廢氣被燃燒器加熱到設(shè)定的氧化溫度800℃以上,使其中的VOCs分解為二氧化碳和水,然后排出。廢氣流過(guò)蓄熱室A并進(jìn)入氧化室進(jìn)行氧化。凈化后的高溫氣體離開(kāi)氧化室,進(jìn)入蓄熱室B,釋放熱量,降溫并排出,蓄熱室B吸收大量熱量升溫,同時(shí)清掃蓄熱器 C室。循環(huán)完成后,入口閥和出口閥切換一次,然后進(jìn)入下一個(gè)循環(huán)。廢氣進(jìn)入蓄熱室B,蓄熱室C被排出,蓄熱室A被清掃。如此交替。由于廢氣已經(jīng)在蓄熱室中被預(yù)熱,因此大大降低了燃料消耗,并且大大降低了運(yùn)行成本。

In the oxidation chamber, the organic waste gas is heated by the burner to a set oxidation temperature of over 800 ℃, causing the VOCs in it to decompose into carbon dioxide and water, and then discharged. The exhaust gas flows through the heat storage chamber A and enters the oxidation chamber for oxidation. The purified high-temperature gas leaves the oxidation chamber, enters the heat storage chamber B, releases heat, cools down and is discharged. The heat storage chamber B absorbs a large amount of heat and heats up, while cleaning the heat storage chamber C. After the cycle is completed, switch the inlet valve and outlet valve once before entering the next cycle. The exhaust gas enters the heat storage chamber B, the heat storage chamber C is discharged, and the heat storage chamber A is cleaned. So alternating. Due to the preheating of the exhaust gas in the heat storage chamber, fuel consumption is greatly reduced and operating costs are greatly reduced.
